I have fitted new aluminium rocker box's using the bolt on modification. The bolts are too long in the kit . The correct lenghth is 30mm M8 set bolts. Another modification to do is fitting some small pressure releif pipes to the box tops. Keredor recommended this which is a great idea. I take it the pipes should locate into the oil filler pipe? Help, anybody done this?

Hi Steve
The pipes off the rocker covers are breathers and need to be vented. You'll need to either get a breather box and recirculate the gasses back into the carbs or vent them through small filters. Don't put them back into the crankcase because you will cause to much back pressure.
Hope this helps By the way, are you selling your camper BRM's?

Cheers Jez. If I terminate the pipes into the oil bath air cleaner that should cover it then ? I had previousely wondered if the breather below the oil filler cap would have sorted. Maybe I will put a fitting into the air cleaner at the same level as the filler breather. Thankyou for your advice bud. Justin has bought some Radars so the BRM's off the single cab are for sale. I'll ask him to contact you. Putting the Stock wheels on lotty means we got the black Empi's for sale. Need to speak to you about lowering the dormo 2". Regards
