sounds like a great place, approx how long would it take to drive to this site.[in a van]
Its about 6 hours in a modern car, so maybe 8 in a van - although there are plenty of stop offs along the way to take in the sights (Loch Lomond is awesome!). The A82 from Glasgow to Fort William (through Glen Coe) is very windy and hilly so pretty slow but is well worth it for the views.
Once you get to the campsite you are essentially right at the base of Ben Nevis and is a great base for climbing and mountain biking.
Would love to go again in summer.
