We're going and so is Simon & Sam, going to pay on the gate and hopefully camp with some friends from Ireland from T2i & Eirecooled. We should have sorted a club pitch really as there's so many of us going, next year maybe. Cheers Mick

we intend going but are going to a family wedding . The camper will be ticking over outside the church. Gonna get in them pictures and then drive down to VF. Meet up with Justin down there. Sounds a little tight but don't wanna miss the fest again. Need some bits and bobs. Squeezing it in cos off to spain on monday. Next year would be neat for that stand.

Cheers Mick I had all the documents last year for a club-camping-plot but there was no interest, so didn't bother this year. Yeah I will try to sort it for next year. Alex.

Saved me from putting a post on We'll be heading down on Friday morning also. Don't think we'll be doing the 7am start tho ( Alex can you're bus go any slower ?) After missing the fest last year, we're both really, really looking forward to it. Shaun n Jo are going down Friday too ( I think). We'll hopefully be in the SSVC field. If anyone fancies cruising down, get in touch. PS I have now got the bus back on the road (mot'd) after a long sill replacement and 3 out of 4 outriggers . It looks a mess, but eh we're on the road again. The insurers have finally given the go ahead for full repairs on the oval including a new engine , so it's been a good weekend.

Its 4 hours from Wetherby, I am setting off at 09.00.
If paying on arrival.......they "normally" allow you in about an hour beforehand, at least to line up to pay that is.

Don't they have a big field where you can lineup and wait before the gate opens, couse when we leave early like 7am, I need to wait somewhere by the gate? A cruise down would be good! Meet at WOODALL service station on the M1 at what time?

We too want to be there for the gates opening.
Woodall services sounds a good place to all meet up. I reckon it's about 2 1/2 - 3 hrs down to Malvern from there ?. What say we meet there and leave no later than 10, that'll give us time for another quick P stop (and any mishaps). If we get to Malvern too early we can always do a supermarket sweep in the town.
Does this sound ok with everyone.
Can't wait. We go from Vfest down to Croyde :)and Newquay 8-)for a week or so.

Hey up vanfest vanfolks Who is actually meeting at Woodall Services. There doesn't seem to have been much response since I suggested the plan. Has everyone just taken it as a good plan, or have yo all chosen other options. 2 days to go
