um kind of even though its bad news. The heater channels are that rotten that they need to be replaced so that means the bosy will be seperated from the chassis in order to fit them properly.
Which means added costs to the resto but added time to get the funds.
I'll post some pics when I take the body off.... wll be Jan/Feb

I done a heater channel from front to back with out lifting the body... I tell you about it tonight. Sorry to hear man, extra cost is never nice, thats camping tonight then...

Wow, when you check out Lilly's 1st shiny picture its difficult to believe this is the same car. Will you need to support the body structure now to stop it distorting while it is being welded? That is going to be a kick a*se restoration. Regards

Lee said he might have to weld in supports, probably when welding in new heater channels.
Yeah well this project is much bigger than i ever anticipated, therefore it will be spanned over a longer time period while i get the dosh togther. But atleast it will be done properly

Looking Great Hermann, remembering where all the part go when putting it back together would scar te living day lights out of me!!!!!
Looking forward to my van going under the cutter in the next few weeks, reday for the summer if we don't find to many nasties!!! ;D
