Our T25 runs on duel fuel and after two years of ownership we have had no problems at all,the only downside been the space the LPG tank takes up, but at 52p a litre for the Gas it's a small price to pay!! we get around 250miles to a tank full. Autogas 2000 ltd in thirsk are a very reputable company 01845 523213 or just put Autogas 2000 Ltd into Google and look at there very informative website

My mate Chris has had his water boiler T25 done and has no problems with it. No idea where he got it done. Has to be a good way forward if your doing the miles :-) Especially when riding waves is involved :-) Hah, roll on Croyde at spring bank.

Hi there, I had a right old carry onwhen I got one fitted to a Renault. Because of the problems I learnt an awful lot about them. You get what you pay for, typically they can deliver 10% less mpg though the price per litre is far cheaper. Prins seem to be the best system, though there are quite a few diff ones, top of the range can actuall deliver slightly more mpg than petrol. Only use an LPG accredited installer and preferabley one who has been recommended, there are lists available on the Internet, read up on forums too, I think there is a specialist classic vw garage doing them in Durham, maybe stanley way.
