howdy
as the festival season beckons and long distance trips are imminent can the team provide a realistic figure for average mpg for a 2litre (manual) bay window? My first challenge will be a round trip of 550miles, mainly motorway driving. Ideas for better fuel consumption most welcome,
cheers,
keep on keepin' on

Sit behind a lorry, inflate your tyres to the exact pressure, lube all bearings and lighten the load as much as possible......I used to easily get 35/40mpg from our old bay with a 2300 & twin webbers
