Please tell me i am not alone with this problem: after our sub zero cold snap my van refuses to budge. The brakes feel as though they have frozen solid, i am guessing they have become siezed with the cold and inactivity. So, any advice on how to free them up would me greatly appreciated. I've tried moving off in 1st and then reverse but no good. I don't want to snap or break anything so do i have to wait for warm weather or take drastic action?
Many thanks

:)Remove wheels and tempt them to move by knocking calipers and disks with a resin hammer as for rears tap drums in the same manner they should free off eventually, they may take some forcefully blows hence the resin hammer if not available use a hammer and a block of wood when freed do not apply handbrake this method has always worked for me as a golf course mechanic!!!!!
