If you've ever had to remove the door hinges you'll know what a pain it is to get the old bolts out, I found a fairly easy way the other week, it might spoil nice paint so it's not for the faint hearted, first of all i took the doors off to get better access, then i simply "welded" an m8? (13mm head bolt) onto the screw using a fair amount of power. And believe it or not they unscrewed with relative ease they were nicely rusted, but a mixture of the welding heat and much improved grip seemed to help things along

Nice one, did the exact same on my reduction box filler screw hexagon thingy on top of the reduction box, welded two bolts together to get it in the hexagon thingy and then welded an extencion arm on there, have taken some pics of it and will dig them out, but yeah, the heat will help with the prosses, And you want new screws anyway...

Here is mine, welding bodge job thingy... Fillerscrew hexagon bolt welded on and extension lever to turn it!
